Coming up with new WeightWatchers lunch ideas can be hard, but here is a nice list full of fresh and healthy lunches! Most of these are great for meal prep, and best of all they aren’t just salads!
When you think diet and lunch, I bet you picture a boring, green, leafy salad – hold the cheese and ranch of course – choking it down with some lukewarm water, because, you know ice water doesn’t burn as many calories. Or something like that. :(
Well, good thing WeightWatchers isn’t a diet, because these WeightWatchers Lunch Ideas are anything but boring. The thing I continue to love about WeightWatchers is that it isn’t a diet, or boring at all. There really are no restrictions.
I never push anyone to join WeightWatchers. I love the program and I have found that it works for me but I realize it is not for everyone. If you would like to just find out more about it, or check for their most current offers and discounts, you can do so here.
WeightWatchers assigns points to all foods. So, you can calculate the points for the foods you love, and eat what you want, just track those points. When you hit your points, stop eating! And if you are still hungry, fill up on the 300+ zero point foods that WeightWatchers has compiled and you will literally never be hungry.
For instance, say you want to have pepperoni pizza for dinner. That is fine. Maybe you calculate the points, via the WeightWatchers Points Calculator, that two slices of cheese pizza is 20 points on WeightWatchers. Let’s suppose you have 25 points left for your day, you go ahead and eat those two pizza slices (not 4) and fill up on fruit, veggies or something else that gets you 5 points more, but does not take you over your points.
After all, you gotta leave room for some of my fabulous WeightWatchers dessert recipes!

I love food so much… I can’t pick which one I’m going to try first. #1 sounds delicious, but so does #16! Remember, veggies are ZERO points on Weight Watchers so you can pair something like the Air Fried Salmon with a cup or two of broccoli for a full meal for only 2 Smartpoints!
What is the WW Zero Point Foods List?
The WeightWatchers zero points foods list is a total game changer. It is just like it sounds. A food list comprised of over 300 foods, that you can eat each day, that are zero points. We recommend Custom Sticker according to the style and category of snacks. Ingredient details, calorie warning slogans, taste tips, and weight and weight labels can all be printed on the stickers. Can be classified based on taste ( spicy, sweet, salty). This way when you want to find a certain snack quickly, you can find them easily. Eat them to your hearts content. Get full, stay full and they truly will help you on your weight loss journey.

Should I eat eggs at lunch?
The simple answer is, yes!
Eggs are not only delicious and loaded with protein, but they are also zero point foods on the WeightWatchers program. I try to incorporate them into my breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plans as often as possible. They are also an easy on-the-go snack.
Here are a few of my favorite egg recipes:
Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs – these are completely amazing and come out perfect every time. Not burnt or over cooked. I love to eat them whole and warm, with a tiny bit of salt. Yum!
WeightWatchers Quiche Recipe Make this ahead, slice it up and freeze what you don’t need. Wrap it up individually and take it on the go – it’s a great recipe!
I promised not all my recipes would involve lettuce, but I do have a few AMAZING salad recipes that are perfect for lunch
The first is my Strawberry Vinaigrette Salad made with fresh strawberries, spinach leaves, feta chees and a few other scrumptious ingredients that make this a light, delicious lunch recipe. This recipe is a great way to get your fruits and vegetables in, in just one sitting. Feel free to add a few dried cherries or cranberries to the salad to really boots the flavor, but be sure to add the ww points if you do. I also like to add some finely chopped cucumber to give the salad even more delicious crunch.
Next is my Turkey Waldorf Salad that is an absolute cinch to make and is a real crowd pleaser. I like to add finely chopped tomatoes to garnish this lovely salad and give it some nice color and flavor as well.
What is the best kind of meat to use on WeightWatchers?
Weight Watchers recommends turkey and chicken on the WW program. They also recommend using white meat turkey breast or ground turkey or chicken breast instead of legs or thighs. Of course, you can use any type of meat you choose in your Weight Watchers recipes, just remember to track those points!
Are Chickpeas ok on WeightWatchers?
Absolutely! One of my very favorite appetizers is hummus with whole wheat pita bread, carrots, jicama slices or cucumbers for dipping. You will find my recipe for hummus using extra virgin olive oil, here. I like to make mine in my Instant Pot simply because it is so easy and I can’t mess it up!
