This Instant Pot Chicken Taco Soup is ZERO POINTS on the new Weight Watchers Freestyle program! With 200 zero point foods on the new program, it's super easy to make zero point soups and meals without sacrificing flavor. Taco soup didn't sound the best to me at first, but after trying it, I'm hooked! Everyone has said this is one of THE BEST recipes they've tried, and it's 100% a staple in our house every week. This chicken taco soup freezes and reheats well, so make a huge batch!
If you're on the go all the time like we are, with a crazy schedule and even crazier kids, you'll want to make a big batch of this and have some on hand in the fridge for when dinner rolls around and you're wiped out!

Update … Chicken Taco Soup recipe now in the CROCK POT, too! Making this chicken taco soup in the crockpot is easy peasy, and it smells so good when you walk in the door after being gone for a few hours! The kids are always like, “IS THAT CHICKEN TACO SOUP I SMELL?” lol
