Remember: Zero point recipes do go up in points after you eat more than one serving!
Weight Watchers Cheesecake
This is by far the best no point WeightWatchers cheesecake recipe I have ever made. I have tried a few and this one in my opinion is the best one hands down. Everyone loves it when I make it. Try it for yourself and watch your family go nuts over it.
Warning: you might have to make two so you get a bite, I had to!
Weight Watchers Cheesecake Recipe
Now that you are ready to make this delicious recipe, here are a few ideas to sweeten the mix: try any of the fruit toppings from the WeightWatchers Zero Point List and make this delectable dish your own. I like mine with fresh strawberries, but you can use blueberries or even applesauce with a little added cinnamon and voilà! An awesome, “Mom can I have another piece?” dessert that will have them begging for more.
I like to make this recipe using sugar free Jell-o Pudding because I really enjoy all their flavor varieties. As far as I know, Jell-o makes sugar free instant pudding in banana, cheesecake, chocolate, chocolate fudge, pistachio, vanilla and white chocolate flavors.
You can really mix this recipe up and make it in a different flavor each week if you so choose. Enjoy!
Cheesecake – Weight Watchers Friendly
This is a zero point dessert so you can add to the recipe a bit as long as you remember to add the points. Adding one or two points can be the difference between a great dessert and a phenomenal one.
I like this one with strawberries so it didn’t add points for me but you may try few different toppings that may add a point or two to suit your tastes. Remember this is not a diet it is a way to eat healthier for the long term.
Enjoy the journey and the food.

So, so good. I’ve made this several times. Today added wild Maine blueberries and cinnamon. Can’t wait till it cools!
Anonymous says
I made it with Jello sugar free lemon pudding mix! Delicious.
Stephenie Hogan says
Can you email me on how to do this in instant pot?
Julia Mells says
Great cheesecake, my family really liked it! We will often cook it, especially since it is very healthy and calorie-free! Thank you for sharing!
Linda says
Can you use electric mixer, or mix by hand?
Jess Nagy says
I always hand mix, just be sure you don’t over mix, which is really easy to do.
Sheila RIchter says
What do u set the oven at 350. Recipe just says bake
Jess Nagy says
Yes, you do bake at 350. At the top of the recipe it says to preheat your oven to 350.
Jerry ann McCarron says
Made this and it is wonderful.
Thanks for the recipe
Tanya Rivera says
Every few months I make this with different flavored sugar free pudding mixes, my favorite is chocolate:) With a cup of coffee this hits the spot~ And it’s guilt free…
Sandi says
Just tried this. My husband even loved it. I used a 9” springform, but it was pretty flat, not as thick as your picture looks, bu it was delicious. Will be making it often. Thank you.
Anonymous says
It came out great. I used Greek fat free vanilla yogurt and sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding. I figured calories about 75, because I also log into my fitness pal. Anyone else try to figure calories?
Terry says
I just made this and it turned out good. I didnt have a springform pan and used a pie plate instead. I greased the pie plate with vegetable oil on a paper towel, as I ran out of my cooking spray. I followed the recipe and baked it at 350 for a half hour. It came out great and tastes good. I put some canned whipped cream on top. I know that adds points. I am pleased with this recipe.
Allison says
I found I needed to bake longer than 30 min as directed in the instructions. Added almost another 25 min for it to set.
Laurie Bennett says
Wow, that seems like a long time. Does your oven cook slowly as a rule? Just curious as to why so much more time was needed. How did you like the cheesecake? It is truly one of my faves. Laurie
Raven says
I made this cheesecake a couple of days ago. Mine did not come out looking nearly as large and full as yours. I cannot figure out what I did wrong that I made a fairly good tasting, but flat cheesecake. Literally maybe 1/3-1/2 as deep as yours.
Kathy Wolfe says
I used sugar free lemon pudding, the juice and rind of one lemon—and 1 T. Stevia—as I like the tartness. With raspberries on top—it is great!
Kate says
This definitely tasted like a cup of yogurt. I was looking forward to it too 😕
Suzanne Percy says
Can you use regular vanilla extract? Thanks!
Debbie Frick says
I have looked at many website that have weight watcher recipes but yours is the first that actual shares all of your copy cats, links and cookbooks to help us newbies on how to navigate this new life style of eating. Thanks for your hard work in making this a fun experience for me!!
Sherry says
I am not an experience cook and would like to try your Weight Watchers 0 point Cheesecake. I only have real vanilla extract, not imitation. Should I still use a whole tablespoon? Thank you in advance for your help.
Shannon Glancy Gasaway says
Just making sure this cheesecake has no crust?
Laura says
The recipe says to use 0% fat-free Greek yogurt, but in one of the pictures above it shows a 2% Greek yogurt. Do you usually make it with the 0% or the 2%?
Laurie Bennett says
Honestly, I make it with whatever I have. But if you want it to be less calories and points, use the fat free Greek yogurt. Hope that helps you. :) Laurie
Wendy K Stauffacher says
This sounds really yummy but I can always taste the Greek yogurt in recipes and was wondering if the same goes for this cheesecake
Walt says
How big is each slice or how many servings is this recipe?
Laurie Bennett says
Ingredients make one cake, 8 pieces. So a serving is one slice. It is no longer zero points if you eat more than one slice. Hope that helps! Laurie
Brienna says
Has anyone tried to freeze this recipe? I absolutely loved it, I did the vanilla pudding mix and added some puréed fruit and made a berry cheesecake. I would like to try a chocolate one but would like to know how well it freezes
Laurie Bennett says
Wow that sounds so good. I have never tried to freeze it but I can’t see why it wouldn’t be perfect. My girlfriend made it with chocolate pudding mix and said it was her favorite ever!! Hope that helps. Laurie
Kait says
Hi! Can you tell me what serving size you usually do?
Michelle says
How is this zero points with the yogurt and jello? It’s not coming up zero on my personal points. Thank you
Julia Rupp says
This is delicious! How does it equal 0 points? When I calculate it on weight watcher app it comes out to 2 points per serving. Could I be wrong?
Kathy says
This is OUTSTANDING!!! We had it with fresh strawberries. It’s delicious!!!
Laurie Bennett says
Thank you for your comment. I really love it too!! Keep on doing good things :) Laurie
Mary says
This is not a bad dessert, but if you really love cheesecake, this is not even close to it. We tried it and we actually did not bother eating it after a few bites. Despite a zero point value, we did not feel the lack of taste was worth it. We would much rather use the weight watchers program to have a very thin slice of real cheesecake and use the points for it.
Laurie Bennett says
I’m not gonna lie, I prefer the Lemon Raspberry cheesecake at the Cheesecake factory!! :)) Buuuut, it is 56 points so I’m gonna pass on it for now :) This Slap Dash Mom ZERO point cheesecake really is a wonderful treat. Add fresh strawberries or blueberries to the top with sugar free cool whip and it is totally my jam. Hope that helps!! Laurie
Doris says
I love this recipe my husband loves it I make it for every special occasion, very easy to make .
Mary says
This recipe set up as it was suppose to, but it was still so tangy that it really took away from the cheesecake taste it was suppose to have. Sorry, really wanted to like it.
Joann Rupert says
Fabulous recipe. No one would think it was Weight Watchers.
KLB says
The texture and taste is fabulous but 30 minutes was not long enough to bake. Mine was not set in 30 minutes.
Diane says
I’ve made this a couple times and I really like. However, how do you get zero points? I created the recipe in my app and it comes up as 2 points for 1/8 of the cake/pie for me.
Krista Boutilier says
I’m excited to try this! I am in Canada & had to order the sugar free cheesecake pudding online. One question though is the stevia powdered or liquid? its hard to tell from the photo. Thanks!
Heidi J says
Will you be adding a PersonalPoints link button?
Robin says
I use different flavors of instant pudding: butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, and banana.
Laurie Bennett says
I do too – so which is your favorite? I think chocolate might be mine. I’ve gone to Walmart and purchased every sugar free flavor that they have. I think you got them all :)) Enjoy and let me know. Laurie
