Weight Watchers Friendly Breakfast Casserole – 1 SP Freestyle

Have you started the Weight Watchers Freestyle program yet? If so, I hope you're loving it as much as I am! One of my favorite things about freestyle is that eggs are ZERO points now. Because I lvoe them, I have been getting very creative lately with my egg recipes. Hence, my Weight Watchers Breakfast Casserole.
I love this program so much, because there's no “you can't eat that”… you can eat whatever you want, within moderation, as long as you track it! If you're struggling to stay within your daily points, be sure to check out the Zero Point food list.
Weight Watchers Breakfast Casserole

1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
4 turkey sausages, chopped up
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper
red pepper flakes
It is only 1 SmartPoint (Freestyle) for 1/4 of the casserole!
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and stir (like you're making scrambled eggs). Add all other ingredients. Transfer to casserole dish. Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
