Who loves eggs in a basket? I do! This is one of my favorite breakfast items at Crackbarrel! Today we didn't feel like leaving the house, so I made them in my air fryer!!

I know you are ready to see this quick and easy breakfast that is perfect for the whole family! Not to mention only 2 points per slice!

Air Fryer Eggs in a Basket

Preheat metal pan in air fryer basket at 330 degrees for 2 minutes

Ingredients for air fryer eggs in a baskeCut a hole out of the middle of 2 slices of bread

Holes cut from bread next to air fryer

Spray pan with cooking spray

Eggs in a basket before cracked eggs
Place 1 slice of bread in air fryer pan and crack 1 egg in the center

Eggs in a basket, yolks
Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Air fryer eggs in a basket one side cookedCook at 330 for 5 minutes. Carefully flip and cook another 2 minutes. Repeat for other slices of bread

Air Fryer Eggs in a Blanket

Both slices together are 2pts total, even with added cheese

  • 2 slices Healthy Life Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Optional Garnish 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

Preheat metal pan in air fryer basket at 330 degrees for 2 minutes

Cut a hole out of the middle of 2 slices of bread

Spray pan with cooking spray

Place 1 slice of bread in air fryer pan and crack 1 egg in the center

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Cook at 330 for 5 minutes

Carefully flip and cook another 2 minutes

Repeat for 2nd slice of bread

Sprinkle with cheese if desired
