Weight Watchers Pumpkin Cheesecake 1

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is one of my favorite desserts to make. It is super easy to make and only takes about 15 minutes of prep time. Then, it is just baking and cooling, easy peasy! My family loves this during the holiday season and they ask for it even in January. To be honest I don’t personally like pumpkin anything, but my boyfriend and kids love this cheesecake so it's a staple. Cheesecake is usually super high in points so check out my tips below for how we made this one Weight Watchers friendly.<3

Tips for Making Cheesecake Low Points

This is what we did to make this delicious dessert as low point as possible:

First we are using pumpkin which is Zero points and very flavorful all on its own. Using WW Zero Point List you can make a ton of delicious desserts. The next key ingredient we use to lower the point value is non-fat greek yogurt which we use in place of any butter or oil you would normally use. This is a great substitute in most recipes that require oil or butter.

The last ingredient we used is sugar-free vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix for a delicious alternative to the high calorie and high point regular pudding. These are the key ingredients to making this low point delicious treat, mix with the spices listed below for a delectable treat the whole family will enjoy.

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Cheesecake
