NEW RECIPE: AIR FRYER PRETZELS WITH BEER CHEESE DIP
Weight Watchers Air Fryer Donuts
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour, divided
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste.
You can make so much with this 2-ingredient dough. I added vanilla to the recipe today because I wanted it to be sweet. Sometimes with this dough, it will have a slightly sour taste. It’s easy to cover up if you add some vanilla, and it doesn’t add any points.
Try my 2 ingredient pancakes and 2 ingredient bagels, too!
Directions:
This recipe is super easy to double, too. The entire batch of dough is 11 points, so each donut is about 2 SmartPoints. Adding the glaze would add another point.
Combine nonfat Greek yogurt plus 3/4 self-rising flour and 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste.
Roll out onto floured surface using the other 1/4 cup flour.
Divide into 5 portions. Roll up into donut shapes.
Cook in the air fryer at 375* for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. (Due to differences in altitude, brands of flour, etc you may need to cook at 400 for up to 15 minutes. Keep that in mind if yours are doughy inside.)
Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then dip in cinnamon and Splenda.
Optional: drizzle with glaze.
