I'm excited to share this Weight Watchers Creamy Guacamole Recipe with you! You've heard me sing praises about Weight Watchers for a long time, mostly because it's a weight loss plan that lets you eat virtually anything you want. Now obviously there's a catch: an Oreo cookie is as many points as an entire salad. But, you can choose to eat the Oreo as a treat and not feel guilty about it – and also not stall your weight loss!

The key with dips? Making sure the ingredients are as healthy as possible, and dipping veggies like carrots rather than junk food like chips or crackers.

Directions

Weight Watchers Creamy Guacamole

In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and salt.

Chop the avocado into cubes and add them to the bowl, mix well for 2 minutes or until everything is incorporated and there are a few avocado chunks left.

Incorporate the chopped chives and the pepper and mix for 1 more minute.

Weight Watchers Creamy Guacamole

Serve in a small bowl and decorate with a crack of pepper, an avocado slice, and chives.

This delicious guacamole is the perfect dip for fat free crackers or fresh vegetables!

  • 3/4 C. Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Medium Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
  • Green Onion, Crack of Pepper, and Avocado Slice as a Garnish
