Instant Pot Apple Crisp is the perfect fall and holiday dessert! Simple ingredients and ready in under 20 minutes! If you are following a Weight Watchers plan, it's only 6 Smartpoints!

Does your Instant Pot get used year-round? It's perfect for all seasons. This Instant Pot Apple Crisp is full of flavor, and adding oatmeal makes it healthy… right? :)

Instant Pots make cooking easier, faster, and most of the time healthier too! There is minimal clean up and you can cook almost anything in it! One-pot meals are perfect too!

You will also find that this Instant Pot accessory kit has all the bells and whistles you need, including the springform pan to make cheesecakes!! Plus, if you have a problem with some food sticking they also make this insert that is non-stick and is really a dream to use!

Ingredients for Instant Pot Apple Crispย 

4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water

How to Make Instant Pot Apple Crisp

  1. Dice apples, then mix them in a large bowl with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Toss apples lightly with a mixture of oats, flour, and honey.
  3. Pour water in the bowl of your cooker, then drop in apple mixture.
  4. Seal and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  5. Serve while still warm.

8 servings (about 1 cup): Green & Blue: 5 points Purple: 3 points

Fruit is 0 points.

Seal and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.

    I do not see where to put in the 1 TBL butter in, so I poured it over the top after I put apple mixture in IP. Is that right?

      No. You mix the butter with the brown sugar in the beginning.
