Making Air Fryer fajitas is SO EASY the kids can make them without my help. Keep in mind my kids are teenagers haha but still. I love how the Air Fryer makes my Weight Watchers journey as simple as can be. Even if you've fallen off track, it's super easy to hop back on.

Air Fryer Chicken Breast (super moist!!) – 0 Points
Weight Watchers Pop Tarts – 3 Points
Air Fryer Empanadas – 3 Points
Air Fryer Funnel Cake Bites – 3 Points for 8
Air Fryer Donuts – 3 Points
Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls – 2 Points

Pro tip: You can use different shells to make these fajitas less points, I just refuse to give up my flour tortillas LOL

Air Fryer Fajitas

  • 2 Mission Flour Street Taco Tortillas
  • 1 Air Fried Chicken Breast, sliced
  • Green Pepper Strips
  • Red Pepper Strips
  • Onion Strips
  • ΒΌ cup Kraft Natural Fat Free Shredded Cheese
  • Optional: Salsa, Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Cilantro
  1. Place street taco shell in air fryer and sprinkle with cheese
  2. Layer with chicken breast and pepper/onion mixture
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper over the top and hold it down with the metal trivet
  4. Cook for 3 minutes at 370 degrees
  5. Remove with spatula and repeat for 2nd tortilla
  6. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy

Start losing weight today!

Measure and weigh yourself. Track your BMI. Then, set goals. I don't set goals based on BMI charts because I think they're bullshit, but it's a good jumping off point and something else to track. Don't put a whole lot of faith in the scale because it's so finicky. While it's one more measurement to track, it's not the NUMBER ONE thing to track. Everything all together is what matters.

For example, say I weigh 300 pounds, wear a size 24, and have a BMI of 38. I set a goal to get to a BMI of 26, 200 pounds, and/or a size 14. Even if I'm not losing weight, if I'm losing inches I will be happy. That's why it's important to track more than one measurement.
