Making Air Fryer fajitas is SO EASY the kids can make them without my help. Keep in mind my kids are teenagers haha but still. I love how the Air Fryer makes my Weight Watchers journey as simple as can be. Even if you’ve fallen off track, it’s super easy to hop back on.

Weight Watchers Pop Tarts – 3 Points
Air Fryer Empanadas – 3 Points

Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls – 2 Points

Pro tip: You can use different shells to make these fajitas less points, I just refuse to give up my flour tortillas LOL
Air Fryer Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 Mission Flour Street Taco Tortillas
- 1 Air Fried Chicken Breast sliced
- Green Pepper Strips
- Red Pepper Strips
- Onion Strips
- ¼ cup Kraft Natural Fat Free Shredded Cheese
- Optional: Salsa Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Cilantro
Instructions
- Place street taco shell in air fryer and sprinkle with cheese
- Layer with chicken breast and pepper/onion mixture
- Place a piece of parchment paper over the top and hold it down with the metal trivet
- Cook for 3 minutes at 370 degrees
- Remove with spatula and repeat for 2nd tortilla
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy
