Weight Watchers Crustless Pumpkin Pie is the need best thing when looking for a low point fall dessert! Get all the flavors without all the points! ONLY 3 smartpoints per serving and is great for a crowd! Plus, this dessert is SUPER easy to make! 

O.M.G. it is almost fall and family gatherings and work potlucks are going to hitting your calendar like crazy. If you are on Weight Watchers, this can be one of the scariest things. Nothing like a huge table overflowing with tons of yummy goodies loaded with points. BUT never fear, this Weight Watchers Crustless Pumpkin Pie will hit that craving and you won't even miss the crust. Promise.

Weight Watchers crustless pumpkin pie has the taste as if you were eating the full-blown pumpkin pie, but it is easier to eat with a spoon almost like a mousse.

Ingredients for Weight Watchers Crustless Pumpkin Pie

15 oz can of pumpkin
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
8 oz fat free whipped topping

How to Make Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie

  1. In a medium bowl; mix together pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and milk until well blended.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until mixed completely.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Serves 10 *serving size is 1/2 cup*

Crustless? But I love the crust, it is the second best part! Just wait until you try this 3 point pumpkin pie alternative. You will not miss the crust and the best part is still here :) So much deliciousness should be a sin.

This recipe is only 3 SmartPoints and makes ten 1/2 cup servings but you could easily double it to share.

Weight Watchers pumpkin pie with a graham cracker or store bought crust is around seven points. This alternative is only three…That’s right only three points!

The best 3 smartpoints you will ever eat :)

  • 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 oz fat free whipped topping

In a medium bowl; mix together pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and milk until well blended.
