Instant Pot Meatloaf

Servings: 6;



Mix together ground beef, onion, green pepper, egg, salt, pepper, and crumbled bread slices.

Add ¼ to ½ cup of ketchup and mix.

Pour water into Instant Pot.

Place trivet in.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf, and set it on a piece of aluminum foil. *Foil sheet should be big enough that you can “make a loaf pan” around the meatloaf. Or use the Instant Pot Loaf Pan

Place loaf on top of the trivet.

Turn valve to sealing position

Cook on manual/high pressure for 25 minutes, and natural release for at least 10 minutes.

Use remaining ketchup to top meatloaf.

Finish in the oven/broiler if desired.
