Instant Pot Meatloaf is a delicious home-cooked meal that is flavorful and juicy! Super delicious and easy to make pair with your favorite vegetable or salad. 

If you are on Weight Watchers you should know that some things become restricted even though you are able to eat what you want. Most people want low point foods but still have all the comfort of old-fashioned foods such as meatloaf and potatoes.

Now there’s no more having to decide because you can have both! Making Instant Pot Meatloaf is super easy, quick, and delicious for the whole family and you don’t have to worry about cooking separate meals.

I highly recommend making Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes or a Cheesy Green Bean Casserole to go with it. Also just a little pro tip Instant Pot now serves now sells ceramic insert so if you’re ever cooking anything and you have trouble with it sticking you don’t have to worry about it with a ceramic insert it comes right out.

Also if you have problems with smells staying inside your Instant Pot it may be time to replace the sealing ring which you can find easily on Amazon.

What's The Difference Between an Instant Pot and a Pressure Cooker?

Nothing! Instant Pot is a brand name, electric pressure cooker, that has taken the world by storm over the past couple of years. However, it does have some upgrades and is now multifunctional as a rice cooker, yogurt maker, slow cooker, and has a saute function. They come in different sizes and have all kinds of accessories to make cooking with your Instant Pot easier!

Can I Make This Meatloaf in the Oven?

Yes! Follow all of the ingredients and instructions as the Instant Pot Meatloaf recipe, except preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place in the oven uncovered for 1 hour.

Just a heads up, you can grab a set of loaf pans to make this super easy that are designed for the Instant Pot.

Instant Pot Meatloaf

Ingredients for Instant Pot Meatloaf

1lb ground beef (93% lean or ground turkey) 

2 slices of white bread crumbled (low calorie) 

½ small onion, diced 

½ green pepper, diced 

¼ tsp salt 

Pepper 

¾ c ketchup 

1 egg

1 cup of water 

How to make Instant Pot Meatloaf

  1. Mix together ground beef, onion, green pepper, egg, salt, pepper, and crumbled bread slices. 
  2. Add ¼ to ½ cup of ketchup and mix.
  3. Pour water into Instant Pot. 
  4. Place trivet in. 
  5. Shape meat mixture into a loaf, and set it on a piece of aluminum foil. *Foil sheet should be big enough that you can “make a loaf pan” around the meatloaf. Or use the Instant Pot Loaf Pan 
  6. Place loaf on top of the trivet. 
  7. Turn valve to sealing position 
  8. Cook on manual/high pressure for 25 minutes, and natural release for at least 10 minutes. 
  9. Use remaining ketchup to top meatloaf. 
  10. Finish in the oven/broiler if desired.

Serves: 6

Weight Watchers Points for Instant Pot Meatloaf

Using 93% lean ground beef or turkey: Blue & Purple: 5 points; Green: 6 points

Using 99% lean ground turkey: Blue and Purple: 3 points; Green: 4 points

Instant Pot Meatloaf

Servings: 6;

  • 1lb ground beef (93% lean or ground turkey)
