Have you started the Weight Watchers Freestyle program yet? I have, and I've lost 50 pounds! Woo hoo! Also, huge thanks to Orange Theory Fitness because my fitness has a LOT to do with my weight loss. :)

Starbucks is fine but also be sure you're drinking lots of water… now, onto the drinks!

2 Point Starbucks Drink

This Starbucks drink “hack” has been going CRAZZZZZY in my WW groups and page. You can find them here: Air Fryer, Instant Pot, and WW Recipes &  SlapDashMom Page. All are wonderful & filled with inspirational stories, delicious WW – friendly recipes  (Instant Pot & Air Fryers included) and the tools you need to help you stay on point (think meal planning, shopping lists and ZERO point food lists.

If you love Starbucks as much as I do, but you're following the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan, you're probably wondering what the lowest point Starbucks drink is. Not only did I find a low point drink, this one has PROTEIN which means you're going to stay full for a longer period time and it's more like a meal replacement than just a sugar-and-calorie-filled coffee drink. Protein also helps build muscles and muscles help burn fat. Do you see where I'm going with this?

Premier Protein Starbucks Hack

If you use a caramel Premier Protein, you'll have a drink that tastes more like a Caramel Macchiato. If you use chocolate, it'll be more like an iced mocha. Mix them and you'll have… heaven. ;)

HERE IS THE TRICK. STARBUCKS DOES NOT MAKE THE DRINK FOR YOU. INSTEAD,  you will order a double or triple shot of espresso in a venti cup with ice. From there, you will pour in a Premier Protein drink. You just stir and enjoy! 

If you aren't in the mood to leave the house and head to Starbucks, you can grab some espresso here and MAKE THIS AT HOME!! 

If you love lattes as much as I do, but HATE the nutritional values that come along with it, grab this beauty! You can make all the barista drinks you would like right in your home! Not only does this save money when it comes to your budget, but you can make healthier drinks! This opens up so much more variety, especially when you are trying to lose weight!

    Anxious to see your WW recipes! I started WW about a month – 5 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. Wish it would go away faster!!!!

    I get my Premier Protein shakes at Costco but in my store I have never seen the Caramel! I love the vanilla and chocolate. Love Starbucks Amercianno – 0 points, and wonder what it would taste like with a Chocolate shake mixed in and warmed up? Not a fan of iced coffees but miss my Flat Whites something awful! Love the Freestyle program!

    I have been making this coffee and premier protein for awhile. Never thought to take it to Starbucks i like my coffee hot. They mixed the protein drink and espresso and then steamed it. Wow! Tasted like a latte. Thanks!

    I used drinking Starbucks coffee every day, especial mocha, Flavor but full of chocolate. But When I stood on the scale, I knew I was going to give it up. Thanks for your tips, Sadie! I think it won’t make me fat again.

    Where did the other two bagels go? You cut the dough into 6 pieces, so I can’t figure out the points. I don’t know it you divided the dough into 6 pieces (and pulled two aside for something else) or made 4 bigger bagels! Looks yummy though.
