Venti Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte: 19 points
Weight Watchers Friendly Version: 3 points
Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte – 3 Freestyle Points
Ingredients
- 4 ounces espresso or coffee (I recommend Veneto's Blend)
- 3 Truvia packets
- 1 Premier Protein Caramel Shake
- 2 tbsp Fat free whipped topping
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- Low fat graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients
- Top with graham cracker crumbs (minimal amount so I did not count points)
- Make it hot, iced, or blended!
