Venti Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte: 19 points
Weight Watchers Friendly Version: 3 points
4 ounces espresso or coffee (I recommend Veneto's Blend)
3 Truvia packets
1 Premier Protein Caramel Shake
Fat free whipped topping (2 Tbsp)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
Low fat graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Combine ingredients, top with graham cracker crumbs (minimal amount so I did not count points). Make it hot, iced, or blended!
