2 Point Starbucks Drink (Weight Watchers) – Iced Caramel or Mocha Option
Have you started the Weight Watchers Freestyle program yet? I have, and I've lost 50 pounds! Woo hoo! Also, huge thanks to Orange Theory Fitness because my fitness has a LOT to do with my weight loss. :)
Starbucks is fine but also be sure you're drinking lots of water… now, onto the drinks!
2 Point Starbucks Drink
This Starbucks drink “hack” has been going CRAZZZZZY in my Weight Watchers group!
If you love Starbucks as much as the rest of the world does, but you're following the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan, you're probably wondering what the lowest point Starbucks drink is. Not only did I find a low point drink, this one has PROTEIN which means you're going to stay full for a longer period time and it's more like a meal replacement than just a sugar-and-calorie-filled coffee drink.
Premier Protein Starbucks Hack
If you use a caramel Premier Protein, you'll have a drink that tastes more like a caramel macchiato. If you use a chocolate, it'll be more like an iced mocha. Mix them and you'll have… heaven. ;)
Ask for a double or triple shot of expresso in a venti cup with ice. From there, pour in a Premier Protein, stir, and enjoy!
