Tips for Making Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal
- As long as you are using fresh dates, they are ZERO points. Dried and processed dates will add points.
- I prefer using unsweetened Silk Almond milk
- If you want a “spicier” flavor, you can add a little more cinnamon, nutmeg, and even some allspice or cloves.
- Like sweeter apples? We really like Honeycrisp. Golden Delicious will be a little less sweet.
- This recipe uses quick oats, so if you use any other kind, cooking times may vary.
- Feel free to add in nuts (just account for the points if you are on WW)
