This jalapeno dip is a “sister” recipe to my Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe. If you're looking for the best Instant Pot Jalapeno Dip, you've found it here! Make it vegetarian by skipping the chicken or using a meat replacement. Make it a cheeseburger dip by replacing the chicken with ground beef! Make it even lower fat by using fat-free cream cheese and reduced-fat shredded cheese. This recipe is super versatile!
Instant Pot Jalapeno Dip

1 Package fat free cream cheese
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
½ cup shredded/diced chicken, cooked
¼ cup diced jalapenos
¼ cup diced green onions
½ tsp cumin
A few sliced jalapenos
Sprinkle of pepper
Sprinkle of bread crumbs
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken, diced jalapenos, green onions, cumin, and pepper in the basin of your Instant Pot.
Seal, set time to 5 minutes, and cook on “manual”.
Vent your cooker, open the lid, and stir in your sour cream until evenly blended.
Pour into a serving dish and top with extra cheese, jalapenos, and bread crumbs.
