Air Fryer Roasted Ranch Chickpeas

Healthy Snack with a Little Crunch!

It amazes me that you can cook green beans one minute and a cheesecake the next minute in an air fryer.  It is perfect for singles or couples but also great for quick snacks. It is by far the best thing if you are on Weight Watchers because it keeps the points down when you aren't frying your food.


Serving size is 1/2 cup of chickpeas.

If you are trying to eat healthily you should try out these recipes below:

Air Fryer Chicken Breast (super moist!!) – 0 Points
Weight Watchers Pop Tarts – 3 Points
Air Fryer Empanadas – 3 Points
Air Fryer Funnel Cake Bites – 3 Points for 8
Air Fryer Donuts – 3 Points
Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls – 2 Points



Only 1 Weight Watchers point per serving. Serving size is 1/2 cup!

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons ranch seasoning packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Makes 3-4 Servings

Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees

In a bowl, mix together olive oil and ranch seasoning until seasoning is dissolved

Stir in chickpeas until well coated

Place a single layer of chickpeas in your air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes (shake basket halfway through)

Repeat if the whole can does not fit in your size air fryer

Season with salt (optional) and serve warm!
