My air fryer is getting a workout lately! These air fried Asian green beans are a delicious side dish for moist air fried chicken breasts.
Air frying is such a healthy alternative than traditional “fried” foods. If you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon you totally should! If you would like to get more information on air fryers, check this out.
I really recommend this air fryer, it has so many functions in one appliance it’s crazy! I will also let you in on a little secret. If you have an Instant Pot, you can use it as an air fryer with this one little addition!
Air Fried Asian Green Beans

Air Fried Asian Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- ⅓ tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ tsp tapioca flour
Instructions
- Trim and wash green beans
- Place green beans in air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; shake basket about 2 times.
- While green beans are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, broth, sesame oil, and garlic in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and add tapioca flour; stirring until sauce thickens.
- Remove green beans from air fryer and toss in sauce.
- Serve immediately.
