My air fryer is getting a workout lately! These air fried Asian green beans are a delicious side dish for moist air fried chicken breasts. The green beans remind me of the ones I used to get at Stir Crazy in St. Louis… one of my favorite dishes ever!

Air Fryer Chicken Breast (super moist!!) – 0 Points

Air Fried Asian Green Beans

  • 1lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • ⅓ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ tsp tapioca flour
  1. Trim and wash green beans
  2. Place green beans in air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; shake basket about 2 times.
  3. While green beans are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, broth, sesame oil, and garlic in a small saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil and add tapioca flour; stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Remove green beans from air fryer and toss in sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.
