If you are tracking points with Weight Watchers, this meal comes out to be about 3 points per serving! See the additional notes after the recipe on how to serve crack chicken on 2 Ingredient Bagels and to lower the points if needed!
I will also let you in on a little secret. If you have an Instant Pot, you can use it as an air fryer with this one little addition!

Instant Pot Crack Chicken
I learned how to make Instant Pot Crack Chicken from Cook Fast Eat Well, who got her inspiration from a viral Facebook video. I feel like it would've been better had I added some jalapeños, so I'll definitely add them next time!
Add chicken, water, dry mix, and cream cheese to your Instant Pot. Set on High Pressure, Manual, and cook for 20 minutes.
Quick Release
Add shredded cheese and turkey bacon. Serve warm with crackers or on 2 Ingredient Bagels!


Weight Watchers Crack Chicken-Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup water
- Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix I used the spicy kind
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 3 slices crumbled turkey bacon cooked
- 1 cup shredded fat-free or low-calorie cheese
Instructions
- Add chicken, water, dry mix, and cream cheese to your Instant Pot.
- Set on High Pressure, Manual, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Quick Release
- Add shredded cheese and turkey bacon.
- Serve warm with crackers or on 2 Ingredient Bagels!Â
