Weight Watchers Friendly Zero Point Soup Recipe
My mom did Weight Watchers when I was a kid, and I remember she was obsessed with zero point soup. It was really just a cabbage soup, and my oh my it stunk to HIGH HEAVEN. I hated coming home from school and smelling cabbage.
Because I now do Weight Watchers (semi-religiously), I wanted to try out a new version of the old school zero-point cabbage soup. Mine has a lot more flavor than Mom's did, and it smells better, too!

Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup Recipe

Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup Recipe | DIRECTIONS
Saute onions, carrots, and garlic in a large pan for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are cooked through on medium/high heat.
Serve!

Ingredients
- 3 C. Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1/3 C. Diced Tomatoes
- 2 C. Chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1/2 C. Sliced Carrot
- 1 1/2 C. Green Beans
- 1/2 Sliced Zucchini
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- Saute onions, carrots, and garlic in a large pan for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and simmer on medium/high heat for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are cooked through.
- Serve and Enjoy!

My mom faithfully made the cabbage soup. She used beef broth actually back then was a bouillon cubes. She used French style green beans.and Tomatoe Juice. In a pressure cooker.
I ate it to thought it was Good. Made it today.
Enjoy, was considered Free food, help when hungry,curb appetite.
