Weight Watchers Pot Pie Casserole

In a skillet, saute frozen mixed veggies and chopped onion until tender. I usually use the bag that has asparagus in it, but I couldn't find it this time. Pour into a casserole dish, along with your soups. Mix thoroughly.

  1. I am not a fan of cream of mushroom. Do you think there is another soup I can use in place? I would love love love to make this! THANK YOU!

    1. Stephanie, you could use cream of chicken or cream of celery… cream of anything really! Lol

  2. what brand was the low fat biscuits

  3. I cannot find low fat biscuits for the life of me.

  4. They were actually very yummy! I will keep looking for the biscuits though😊

  5. how about if you use the 98% fat free Campbell’s Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom? that would lower the points even more would it not?

  6. I really enjoyed it, the only thing was the biscuit dough did not fully cooked even added an extra 10 minutes.
