Need a quick chocolate mousse recipe? This chocolate mousse is quick, easy, has a simple ingredient list, and tastes heavenly!! If you want a sweet treat after dinner these are great! You can also make these individual servings for later or if you are entertaining friends, they will love it!
Chocolate mousse recipes are hard to come by, especially if you want a Weight Watchers version and one that is quick and easy. But lucky for you, this will be a one-stop shop dessert for you and the whole family!

Quick Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Mousse
4oz reduced-fat or fat-free cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of fat-free milk (skim)
1 package (1oz) Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup Reduced Fat Cool Whip
Combine cream cheese and milk in a small bowl
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Gradually add in the pudding mix.
Once the pudding mix, cream cheese, and milk are smooth, fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 1 hour or until the mousse is set. Garnish with Cool Whip, cookie crumbles, or fresh berries if you would like! Just remember to add the additional Smart Points if needed!
