This Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe is only 3 WW Smartpoints for FOUR stuffed mushrooms – and boy are they delicious! If you haven't started Weight Watchers yet, you can start weight watchers for FREE. They have about 100 calories for 4 mushrooms, depending on the exact products you use.

 

Feta Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms: 3 WW Smartpoints

Servings: 4 stuffed mushrooms per serving

Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

This recipe was adapted from my favorite cook book EVER: Best-Loved Philadelphia Appetizers, Dips, Sides, Entrees, Desserts, and More!

Ingredients

20 mushrooms (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon butter
4oz crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened

Directions

Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Preheat broiler. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Set whole mushrooms aside. Cook stems, stirring in butter on medium heat for a few minutes (until tender).

Add in feta cheese and cream cheese. Mix well, cook until cream cheese is melted. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps on broiler pan.

Broil 3 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
