“Deep Fried” Oreos in the Air Fryer – WW Friendly

These delicious “Deep Fried” Oreos are not actually deep-fried, but made in the Air Fryer!

Deep-Fried Oreos are one of my FAVORITE fair foods. At 9 Freestyle points per 2 oreo's, I do not eat them daily. But as you know with WW, we can eat anything we want. We simply have to count the points – and when I need a sweet treat, that's just what I do.

"Deep Fried" Oreos in the Air Fryer

“Deep Fried” Oreos – Weight Watchers Friendly

This recipe makes two Air Fried Oreos, and it's 9 Freestyle SmartPoints for both. WORTH IT!

When I make mine, I add vanilla to the dough. Use my 2-Ingredient Dough Guide for more tips!

1/4 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Stir to make dough and roll out. I use the back of a spoon to press it flat.

Cut in half and wrap each half around a regular-sized Oreo.

Bake/Air Fry at 380 for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Sprinkle with 2 tsp powdered sugar.

    I have been a life- time member ( obviously not at goal weight) since the late 60’s. And have never been able to master the maintenance thing. My hope is that this is the time. I know personally WW works. Some of the changes down through the years (for me personally) some better than others, but it works. My only comment is I really can’t see how fried one’s would work on any of the programs. ;)
