Y’all know my Air Fryer gets a good workout almost every single day, and you know I am obsessed with 2-ingredient dough. So of course I’m going to make an awesome 2 ingredient dough pizza in the Air Fryer that is Weight Watchers Friendly – only 3-5 SmartPoints per pizza, depending on the toppings you use. Make your own pizza sauce instead of using a high-sugar can/jar, use fat-free shredded cheese, and ground turkey or low point turkey pepperonis.
2 Ingredient Dough Pizza in the Air Fryer
2 Ingredient Dough Pizza

- 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt I recommend Fage

- toppings fat-free cheese and turkey pepperonis to keep points low
- optional: garlic salt, pepper, onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400*F.
- Make dough (mix 1 cup yogurt with 1 cup flour).
- Roll out onto floured surface. Cut into 4 pieces – will make 4 small/individual pizza crusts (3 WW Points each)
- Cook dough for about 5 minutes.
- Add sauce, cheese, and pepperonis (or whatever toppings).
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness of dough.
Weight Watchers Pizza
Weight Watchers is a lifestyle, not a diet. So technically, you can eat a piece of pizza from Pizza Hut or wherever else. But I like to eat a whole pizza (feels equivalent to two pieces from a restaurant), it’s way more satisfying LOL. Keeping points low is easy and enjoying REAL food keeps me on track with my weight loss. Weight Watchers helped me lose more than 50 pounds in 2018 and will help me lose the other 50 in 2019. You can do Weight Watchers for free or super cheap using the iTrackBites app. The key is to track. every. bite. No matter what you eat or drink, track it!
NOTES:
1 cup of self-rising flour is 12 points, nonfat Fage is 0 points, so the dough is 12 points for the whole batch. Make 4 small pizzas at 3 points each.
I used regular cheese and pepperonis for my pizza but the next batch, I used fat-free cheese and turkey pepperonis.
If you don’t like the taste of yogurt, especially nonfat greek yogurt, you want to add MORE SEASONING! Pour that garlic powder and red crushed pepper in the dough with a heavy hand! Some folks complain that the dough tastes sour. Adding seasonings and making a thinner, crispier crust is going to prevent that taste. So even if you have tasted 2 ingredient dough before and not loved it, try it this way and let me know what you think! Seasoned, crispy crust!
