My mom did Weight Watchers when I was a kid, and I remember she was obsessed with zero point soup. It was really just a cabbage soup, and my oh my it stunk to HIGH HEAVEN. I hated coming home from school and smelling cabbage.
Because I now do Weight Watchers (semi-religiously), I wanted to try out a new version of the old school zero point cabbage soup. Mine has a lot more flavor than Mom's did, and it smells better, too!

Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup Recipe | INGREDIENTS
3 cups vegetable broth
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 white onion
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1 1/2 cups green beans
1/2 sliced zucchini
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
0 PointsPlus; Serves… a bunch.
Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup Recipe | DIRECTIONS
Saute onions, carrots, and garlic in a large pan for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are cooked through on medium/high heat.
