This Weight Watchers Easy Buffalo Ranch Pasta will have your WHOLE FAMILY asking for more!
NOTE: I made this recipe before I started posting about Weight Watchers, so the photos are using regular noodles. Look at the ingredients and notes below to make it Weight Watchers friendly!
Easy Buffalo Ranch Pasta
1 1/2 cups cooked noodles (4 FSP for carba nada brand)
8oz fat-free cream cheese (8 FSP)
1 tablespoon butter (omit if on Weight Watchers)
¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
½ cup skim milk (2 FSP)
2 tbsp ranch seasoning (1 FSP)
1.5 cups fat-free shredded cheese (3 FSP)
Green onions for topping
WEIGHT WATCHERS NOTES: 18 FSP for the whole batch — 0 FSP for fat-free shredded cheese if you only use 1/4 cup, and 0 FSP for the ranch seasoning because each serving has such a small amount… so if you divide this into 6 servings it's less than 3 FSP per serving! Use Carba Nada noodles to keep points low.
Directions for Easy Buffalo Ranch Pasta:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Carba Nada Noodles
- 8 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1 tbs butter omit for WW
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1.5 cups fat-free shredded cheese
- Green onions for topping
- Melt together butter, milk, half of your cheese, and wing sauce in a small pan over medium heat. Stir frequently until evenly melted.
- Pour it over still warm cooked pasta and blend.
- Add in ranch seasoning, cheddar and diced cream cheese, stirring to blend (your cream cheese won’t be melted yet).
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, stir until everything is smoothly blended, then recover and bake a final 5 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with green onions.
