Weight Watchers is a lifestyle option that gives us parameters for choosing healthy foods, but doesn’t restrict us so much like other ways of eating might. With Paleo, you can’t eat bread, you can’t eat (good) chocolate, you can’t have a soda. With Weight Watchers, you can eat anything with moderation. I love that because I’m terrible at restricting certain food groups. If I can just have a 1/2 cup of ice cream, it will help me stay on track for another week.
Weight Watchers Chicken Tomato Pasta
We love pasta but have had to switch to gluten-free because of the kids’ stomach issues. Gluten-free spaghetti doesn’t taste much different than regular spaghetti so don’t worry about compromising taste or flavor if you have to make the switch!
