We love bringing simple dishes to potlucks. Mostly because I always wait until the last minute to throw something together but I still want everyone to be like ohmygosh Sadie this is AMAZING! So anyway, this easy dill pickle dip covers all your bases: it's easy, quick, cheap, and deeeeelicious! Bring the pickle dip to your next get together and you'll be the star of the party.

I really like using garlic salt as a seasoning because it covers garlic and salt all in one shake. We are growing garlic in our garden right now so once it's ready I'll be making my own garlic seasonings mixed in with a little habanero or something fun for a kick. Until then, garlic salt it is!

You can add lemon juice to this recipe. Most people would, but I found it didn't change the taste enough for me to justify having to cut a lemon up. ;)
