If you are thinking about joining WeightWatchers or are new to the program, allow me to share one of my best tips with you…”my Costco zero points food list.”
If you are new to Costco, you can save $20 using this link.
I used to hate shopping at big box stores, simply because the lines were too long, there were too many people and there was so much to see. Let’s just say I was easily overwhelmed. But I have really figured out Costco since then. First, I never go on the weekends (if I can help it) and second, I have found that weekday mornings are heavenly!
Yes, previously, I tended to make bad choices too. I also had trouble buying food for an army, when I simply did not need a 5 year’s supply of peanut butter, rice or tomatoes for that matter.
Now, on my tremendous WeightWatchers journey, I have come to love Costco stores. Why? Because Costco has a zillion items from my zero points foods list and it has turned out to be one of my happy places now.
Another word of advice, if you are on WeightWatchers, don’t visit Costco at the lunch hour? Why, because they put out samples of everything delicious and it’s very easy to taste a little bit of everything…and over do it – when all you really want to do is be good and track your WeightWatchers points.
If you are on WeightWatchers, or simply want to learn more about the program, you may already know about ZERO point foods.
At Costco, you can get almost every single item on your zero points foods list and then some. I have learned to buy in bulk, cook for myself and freeze most items so I always have something good for me to eat, at a moments notice.
I found that getting “over hungry” is the WORST thing for me. It is 100% when I tended to make all my bad choices. Buying from my zero point foods Costco list, and keeping them at-the-ready has been a true God send for me.
Below is my cheatsheet/list of over 100 Costco ZERO point foods you find at any Costco store & eat without any regrets at all, ever.
Hope it helps!
