Vegetarian Meal Plan for the Year

Lots of people ask for help with how to plan a vegetarian meal, because they're so used to eating meat that they end up scratching their head when it comes to vegetarian foods. I used to be the same way. The image above is from a post that I wrote last year. Yes, die-hard vegetarian Sadie was once a die-hard meat eater. I still can't believe I said our meatless dishes were boring! Since becoming a vegetarian a little over a year ago, our dishes have gone to okay to AMAZING! You've gotta think outside the box, but I promise there are many delicious quick and easy vegetarian meal ideas out there!

This is a fantastic post! If you don’t mind, I will occasionally get requests for vegetarian meal plans (which I don’t have). I’ll refer subscribers to this post.

Thanks so much for sharing my vegan spring rolls. While my family isn’t vegetarian we do try and limit our meat consumption and buy only from organic and/or local farms. I hope your readers enjoy my recipe!
