Vegetarian Meal Plan for the Year

Lots of people ask for help with how to plan a vegetarian meal, because they're so used to eating meat that they end up scratching their head when it comes to vegetarian foods. I used to be the same way. The image above is from a post that I wrote last year. Yes, die-hard vegetarian Sadie was once a die-hard meat eater. I still can't believe I said our meatless dishes were boring! Since becoming a vegetarian a little over a year ago, our dishes have gone to okay to AMAZING! You've gotta think outside the box, but I promise there are many delicious quick and easy vegetarian meal ideas out there!

31 not enough? Check out the rest of my vegetarian recipes!

  1. This is a fantastic post! If you don’t mind, I will occasionally get requests for vegetarian meal plans (which I don’t have). I’ll refer subscribers to this post.

  2. Thank you for posting soy free recipes. My daughters are soy intolerant and finding good meat free/soy free recipes can be hard.

  3. Thanks so much for sharing my vegan spring rolls. While my family isn’t vegetarian we do try and limit our meat consumption and buy only from organic and/or local farms. I hope your readers enjoy my recipe!

  4. YUM! Thanks so much for including my Eggplant Parmesan (my kiddos favorite). I can’t wait to check out the rest of the recipes. We try to eat at least 1 meatless meal each week to save money!

  5. What a great roundup! This is an awesome resource and I can’t wait to try some of these. Thank you so much for including my asparagus brie pierogies; we definitely loved them in my house!

  6. This is a great idea! I’m not finding the rest of the year however when I search. Was this the only post for the year, just Jan and Feb?

  7. This post is a sight for sore eyes! I love that some of these are vegan, and it looks like many of them could easily be made vegan. Pinning for future reference – thanks for sharing!

  8. I Learned allot from this article really it was amazing thanks for sharing this with us
