Did you guys have fun guessing what we were going to be cooking this week? We made our trip to Walmart, grabbed the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and a few other ingredients.

The most important part in crafting my Shrimp Kabob Recipe? Great flavors… strong spices… and watching the calories! To watch the calories, we used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. With 70% less saturated fat than butter and 30% fewer calories, it was the obvious choice. The fact that it tastes just as good as the regular stuff, but it's got less calories, makes me a happy camper.

Gather your veggies of choice: mushrooms, onions, peppers, and squash are all great ideas!

Next, grab the closest hot chick you can find girlfriend and tell her to cook you up some shu-rimp! We used fresh jumbo shrimp, plus lots of seasonings like sea salt and African Smoke.

Then, get interrupted by a little monster the cutest kid ever. Sapphire's kabob didn't have any shrimp on it because she's cuh-razzzzy and doesn't like shrimp!

Finally, toss the shrimp in some melted I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and spices, and bake in the oven at 400*F – 5 minutes on each side. Serve on top of a bed of wild rice. Delish!

This fast and delicious Shrimp recipe will have you clamoring for seconds!

  • Raw Vegetables of Your Choice - Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers, Squash, Etc.
  • Fresh Jumbo Shrimp
  • Sea Salt
  • African Smoke
  • Can't Believe It's Not Butter, melted

Toss Your shrimp in melted Can't Believe It's Not Butter.

Skewer shrimp and vegetables of your choice and lay out on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes each side.

Serve with wild rice or side of your choice. Enjoy!

  1. Oh that looks really good! I failed horribly the last time I make kabobs I tried them on the grill. I will have to try this sometime.

  2. This is bloody brilliant! I do love to make stuff on the grill but I suck at making kebabs on the grill. Oven? Amazing!
