If you’re looking for a fun and simple St. Patrick’s Day recipe, you’ve found it! I love all things green, and all things chocolate – this one has both! White Chocolate Leprechaun Bark is so easy that you can barely call it a recipe. (Kind of like my white chocolate coffee bark.)
White Chocolate Leprechaun Bark
Serve up this St. Patrick’s Day treat to your little leprechauns. They’ll LOVE it! Add pretzels for that extra crunch.
You’ll need:
White Almond Bark
mint m&ms
grasshopper or mint Oreo cookies
leprechaun hats from Lucky Charms
Directions:
Melt almond bark in the microwave, according to package instructions. Pour onto wax paper and spread evenly with plastic spatula. Immediately top with m&ms, cookies, and Lucky Charms hats. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Speed things up by placing it in the freezer. Break into pieces and serve!

- Leprechaun Hats from Lucky Charms
- Pretzel Mini Sticks Optional
Instructions
- Melt Almond Bark in the microwave, according to package instructions.
- Pour onto wax paper and spread evenly with plastic spatula.
- Immediately top with M&Ms, cookies, Lucky Charms hats, and pretzel pieces if you want them.
- Allow to cool for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Break into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
