The pineapple holiday mocktail I’m posting today is for all you coconut lovers out there. I love coconut and pineapple so much, it seems like just the perfect thing. I’m not much of an alcohol drinker so these are fun when I want to have a “grown up” nonalcoholic drink. I love fruity drinks, so I make these with pineapple juice, coconut and lime sparkling soda. YUM!
Pineapple Holiday Mocktail
Ingredients:
0.5-ounce triple sec
1-ounce grenadine
2 ounces coconut lime sparkling soda
3 ounces pineapple coconut juice
sprig of mint and a Maraschino cherry for garnish
ice
How to make a Pineapple Holiday Mocktail
Muddle leaves of mint in a cocktail shaker (I love this one). Add triple sec, coconut lime sparkling soda, pineapple coconut juice, and ice.
Stir ingredients with a long-handled cocktail spoon.
Add grenadine to cocktail glass over ice.
Strain drink into the cocktail glass. I like these shatter-proof cocktail glasses.
Garnish with mint, lime, and a Maraschino cherry.
