Parmesan Roasted Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1⁄2 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
2 lbs. Red Potatoes, scrubbed and halved lengthwise
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*F.
In a small bowl combine the Parmesan, Garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
In a separate small bowl melt the butter. Dip the cut side of a potato in the butter.
Hold the potato over the cheese bowl and using a spoon (or your other hand), coat the potato with cheese.
Place cheese side down on a greased cooking sheet. You may want to place them on greased parchment paper for easier release after cooking because they do tend to stick a bit.
Bake at 400*F until the cheese is browned and crispy and the potatoes are tender, 25-30 minutes.
Depending on how large your potatoes are they may need to go a little longer. Serve hot, with an amazing dipping sauce.
