I don’t know if you guys are as crazy about goji berries as I am but I wanted to share this Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe because it’s delicious. Goji berries are a super food that you must add to your daily routine! I’m so serious. They’re great. As for yogurt… I really don’t like it at all but I’ve found that if it’s mixed with enough fruit, it’s tolerable.
Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Right now I know most people are eating warm oats for breakfast, but hey, we’re in Arizona. Smoothie bowls are going to be huge in the New Year when everyone’s trying to lose weight, but here we don’t have a winter really… so we eat this stuff year-round!
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
For topping:
3 strawberries, halved
3oz organic goji berries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 kiwi, cut into chunks
Directions:
Blend together Greek yogurt and frozen mixed berries.
Pour into bowl and set aside.
Prepare your fruits.
Add fruits to the top of the smoothie bowl. I left the stems on the strawberries because I like to pick them up and dip them in the yogurt rather than eating them with a spoon. You could dice the strawberries up and mix everything together, too.
Goji berries have many health benefits, as do chia seeds. The best thing about smoothie bowls? You can add as much or as little as you want, and you can mix the fruits up so you get something different each morning! Add some local, organic honey for an added boost of sweetness.

Gogi Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 C. Greek Yogurt
- 1 C. Frozen Mixed Berries

- 3 Ounces Organic Goji Berries
- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Kiwi cut into chunks
Instructions
- Blend together Greek yogurt and frozen mixed berries.
- Pour into bowl and set aside.
- Prepare your fruits.
- Add fruits to the top of the smoothie bowl.
- Add some local, organic honey for an added boost of sweetness.
- Serve and Enjoy!
