I’m no stranger to chocolate bark. It’s one of my favorite things to make! This goji berry chocolate bark is no exception, plus it’s kinda healthy and it is so pretty it’s perfect for gift giving.
Ingredients for Goji Berry Chocolate Bark:
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup each of: Goji*, dried papaya, dried pineapple
1/4 cup each of: Almonds, chia seeds
Directions for Goji Berry Chocolate Bark:
To make, spread the melted chocolate onto a sheet of freezer paper (shiny side up) or parchment (sprayed with nonstick).
Mix all toppings in a bowl, and immediately sprinkle over the chocolate, pushing down at the end so they “set” in the chocolate.
Let sit for 30 minutes OR put in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
When it is ready, break up the bark with a knife and serve.
