We started eating meat a few months ago, mostly chicken and turkey. I have noticed an increase in energy for myself, but nobody else in the family seems to feel much different – they were fine before, but I wasn't. After visiting several specialists, the consensus was that I had to go back to eating meat if I wanted to feel better. I resisted for a good 8 months or so, but after feeling like shit for so long I knew I had to try something. Anything. Almost immediately after introducing chicken back into my diet, I did start to feel better. My digestion issues aren't solved by any means, but they have improved as well.
Anyway, long story short, I'm still lazy as you know what when it comes to cooking dinner (which is why I have a wife), so sheet pan meals and slow cooker meals are my “go to” for dinner.
