Blood Orange Mocktail with Grapefruit
Blood oranges are f’ing delicious. I mean that. Rachel goes crazy over them. Any time I get my hands on a blood orange, I savor it. This recipe calls for blood orange soda, so if you don’t have a blood orange just add more grapefruit juice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz blood orange soda
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 oz juice from a blood orange
2 oz red grapefruit juice
sliced grapefruit
ice
Directions for Blood Orange Mocktail:
In a cocktail shaker blood orange soda, grapefruit bitters, red grapefruit juice, and ice.
Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker (this one is awesome!) and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a standard rocks glass (I use this one) and garnish with slices of grapefruit and whole cranberries.
Serve.
