Blog Post Idea Generators {Productivity Hack}
Whether you’re looking for blog post ideas, or just looking to increase your blog traffic by improving your blog post titles, these idea generators will help you get the job done!
My favorite Blog Post Generator is from Impact. I’ve tried several others, and for some reason I just really like using this one. Maybe because the design is simple and clean, and it doesn’t give ideas that are too specific. I don’t like being boxed in. ;)
I love that this not only gives you a topic ideas, but it helps you with “fill in the blank” type titles. Those are super helpful for new bloggers that aren’t sure how to word blog post titles. To top it off, you can add titles to your “notebook” and they’ll email them to you! Experiencing writer’s block? No worries, just start a doodle!
Other Content Idea Generators
1. Content Forest has a great idea generator that also allows you to save your lists. For most of the keywords I searched, it gave me over 5 pages of results. That’s plenty to get started on any subject!
2. HubSpot’s Blog Topic Generator is simple, yet efficient. You put in a few nouns, and it spits out a bunch of blog topic ideas. As with most content idea generators, you’ll need to correct the grammar.
3. While the grammar isn’t always spot-on, Portent’s Title Maker has lots of ideas and some of the references are quite humorous. I wouldn’t say it’s my “go to” for blog post ideas by any means, but I have gotten a few great ideas from it.
4. Link Bait Title Generator is one that I haven’t personally used, just because the term “link bait” really turns me off. However, when I pulled it up for this post, it seemed like it was similar to the others. I didn’t see anything looking spammy or link bait-y, and would use this one just as I’ve used the others.
5. InBound Now has a great blog title idea generator that lets you fill in the blanks.
6. Blog Tap Blog Topic Generator is a bit random and broad, but is a good way to get the brainstorming process started.
7. Blog Post Ideas Generator is last on the list, but not for any particular reason. I like that I can put a search term in, such as “social media”, and it’ll give me tons of blog post ideas. It’s not quite as random as a few of the others, and the grammar seemed to be a bit better, too.
