I headed out for my monthly Sam’s Club trip with my Mom this past weekend. The store was really busy, busier than usual, and we didn’t understand why. Then we realized it’s the weekend before the 4th of July. Woops! So, we braved the store anyway because I was really wanting to make a special mocha flavored dessert for her.
All my life, I’ve hated coffee. The smell of coffee, the taste, just every part of it. So why was I excited about making a mocha flavored dessert for my Mom? Because, just very recently, I discovered International Delight Iced Mocha. I tasted a drink of it when a friend insisted that I “give it a chance”. I plugged my nose and took a shot. Wait, that wasn’t so bad. Let me taste it the right way now.
At that time, my life changed! Haha, well, maybe I’m being a bit dramatic but it is a huge deal that I like anything that even comes close to tasting like coffee! I’ve tried other brands, and other flavors, but the only one I like is International Delight Iced Mocha. I love to blend it up with ice and zero calorie chocolate syrup, and I use it a lot in my breakfast shakes.
Anyway, I got a little distracted, because of my love for this mocha. :) I searched high and low for a good recipe to use my International Delight Iced Mocha in, but I couldn’t find one. I know my Mom loves cheesecake, so I thought if I could somehow mix my love of mocha with her love of cheesecake, I’d have the perfect recipe.
I love that at Sam’s Club, the signage is huge and it’s easy to find everything. Even though we had never visited the Dairy section previously, we found it with ease.
And behold, the reason for our trip!
We snatched up the Mocha twin pack for less than $7. Two half gallons! That made me reallllly happy. :)
Right next to the dairy, we found the veggies! My favorite, of course.
After getting distracted by the veggies, we headed over to grab some Oreos. In the next aisle, we picked up some International Delight French Vanilla creamer.
Can’t make cheesecake without cream cheese…
So we have the Oreos, cream cheese, iced mocha, and creamer. We are good to go!

International Delight Mocha Cheesecake
This is the best cheesecake I’ve ever made. :) I hope you enjoy it as well.
Ingredients:
Oreo pie crust (10 crushed oreos mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter)
1/3cup International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee
1 serving International Delight French Vanilla creamer
2pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2cup sugar
2 eggs
1oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Caramel Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with mixer. Add eggs and International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee and Creamer. Mix until well blended.
Pour into Oreo crust.
Bake cheesecake approximately 40 minutes, cool, refrigerate.
Melt chocolate in microwave and drizzle over the cheesecake.
Optional: Top with caramel sauce. Caramel sauce is simply 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping mixed with 1/8 cup International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee, heated til smooth.

If you try International Delight, I’d like to hear what you think. I’m really picky about drinks, especially coffee, and this is definitely my favorite. See my entire shopping trip by visiting my Google Plus album.
