Blood Orange Mocktail with Grapefruit

Blood oranges are f'ing delicious. I mean that. Rachel goes crazy over them. Any time I get my hands on a blood orange, I savor it. This recipe calls for blood orange soda, so if you don't have a blood orange just add more grapefruit juice.
