I suck at staying on track with Weight Watchers, but I really am trying. I just found some Weight Watchers Easy Soup Recipes so I’m excited to make a few big batches and refrigerate single servings in mason jars. I’ve tried the SmartPoints and I love how accurate they are for individual use, but the resources just aren’t there for SmartPoints right now so I do Points or PointsPlus.
Best Weight Watchers Easy Soup Recipes
I love Weight Watchers because it’s a super flexible way of eating. It’s not restricting and gross like the cabbage soup diet; you get to eat whatever you want, within moderation. Calculate how many PointsPlus you get each day, and make sure you eat as close to that many points as possible. You don’t want to be way under, and you don’t want to go over (though you do have a few flex points each week to use in case of ’emergency’ ;) ).
