Bad Ass Workout Series: Workout 2

Do not rest in between sets, but take a 1 minute water break in between each circuit (the entire list of exercises on one image is one circuit). Only do one circuit per day, as they are kind of repetitive with some of the muscle groups. You won’t work your arms as much here because I wanted everything to be able to be done without any equipment (so nobody has any excuses not to join me!).

Doing each circuit once a day for a week before moving onto the next one would be good, or you could mix it up and do one each day after they’re all posted, resting at least one day each week for recovery.

Feel free to print them out and take them with you to the gym. They’re small so you could even laminate them all and put them on a jump ring. :) Let’s get it, girls (and guys)!
