I’m starting a series that will hopefully help me get in shape (according to my DIY Fitness Inspiration Board, round is not a shape). If you’d like to join me, follow along with the series. There will be 8 posts in all and each will have an awesome hardcore workout to get your ass in shape! Workout #1 you do 5 times, while the others you will do 3 times. Do not rest in between sets, but take a 1 minute water break in between each circuit (the entire list of exercises on one image is one circuit). Only do one circuit per day, as they are kind of repetitive with some of the muscle groups. You won’t work your arms as much here because I wanted everything to be able to be done without any equipment (so nobody has any excuses not to join me!).

Doing each circuit once a day for a week before moving onto the next one would be good, or you could mix it up and do one each day after they’re all posted, resting at least one day each week for recovery.

Feel free to print them out and take them with you to the gym. They’re small so you could even laminate them all and put them on a jump ring. :) Let’s get it, girls (and guys)!

  2. I just finished a 56 minute workout, but I am going to try this in the evening. I like this kind of work out if my body can keep up. Pinned, tweeted and all kinda pass it on stuff.
