Ingredients

uncooked bulgur

boiling water

chopped tomatoes

Kalamata olives chopped

Instructions
Combine the bulgur and boiling water in medium sized bowl
Cover and let it stand for 30 minutes
Add tomato and the next 11 ingredients and gently mix well
Cover and let stand a room temp for 30 additional minutes
Serve & enjoy
