Cranberry Apple Salad
Serves 12; 4 WW points per serving on every plan

- 1 package of raspberry jello sugar-free
- 1 package of orange jello sugar-free
- 1 can of cranberry sauce
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple drained
- 2 medium red apples diced
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups of boiling water
Dice apples into bite-size pieces.
Mix both packages of Jello in one cup of boiling water.
Dissolve cranberry sauce in the other cup of boiling water.
Then combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate until firm (a couple of hours or overnight) in a covered dish.
