1poundboneless skinless chicken breastscut into small pieces (see note)

1cupwater
2teaspoonschili powder
1/2garlic salt
1bell pepperdiced
1 14ouncecan corndrained
1jalapenofinely chopped
1 14ounceS&W garbanzo beanscould use black beans instead
4ouncesfat free cream cheese
4ouncesfat free shredded cheese
Instructions
Dump all ingredients except shredded cheese in the Crock Pot. Cover with lid and cook on high for about 2 hours (or low for 3-4 hours).
NOTE: If your chicken isn't cut up ahead of time, you'll need to cook it a bit longer and shred before serving. I like to keep pre-made chicken on hand so meals like these don't take long at all.
